Want to learn to play ukulele while your children play? This FREE 4-week class is designed for the parents and caregivers of young children. It is a beginner's class - no music experience or knowledge is needed. You will learn simple ukulele chords and songs. Your kids can play while you develop a new skill or practice one you love! BYO or borrow one of our ukuleles.WHO: Parents and caregivers with kids aged 0-6. Support your child to a successful transition out of diapers! Learn the tolls to help you become more aware of your child's bathroom cues. Fresh Food For All Market
Locally grown produce available at low cost or "pay what you can". With the support of local farmers, we are once again offering our affordable market for program participants of Sunshine Coast Community Services with the goal of increasing access to healthy, affordable, locally grown produce. Come out and grab some fresh veggies, chat with staff and volunteers to learn more about healthy eating and the importance of our local food system! Arrowhead Clubhouse is a place where people living with mental illness can come to learn skills, get support and build relationships in a safe, stigma-free environment. At the Community Services Thrift Store, you can find all sorts of gems! We are a social enterprise and not-for-profit and operate with the dedication of volunteers. Every dollar at our Thrift store goes directly toward supporting SCCSS programs and participants.WHEN: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Youth Otreach program works to increase youth safety by connection and referring youth to local resources, focusing on risk reduction and providing the community with a broader understanding of youth issues.
Gender Diverse Network BBQ
An all-ages space for local gender diverse folks to connect, share and create community. Please join us for our annual GDN BBQ! Feel free to bring friends, family, and other allies. Beat the Summer - Youth Indigenous Festival
An opportunity to lift up, learn about and appreciate indigenous arts and culture! Come along to the Youth Indigenous Festival, featuring food, vendors, DJ's and workshops.
