Request for Proposals - Construction Manager Foundry SC

Sunshine Coast Community Services Society (SCCSS) is inviting qualified Construction Management firms to submit a proposal for pre-construction and construction management services for the development of Foundry Sunshine Coast, a youth health and wellness centre located in downtown Sechelt.

Foundry Sunshine Coast will transform an existing commercial space into a warm, welcoming, and youth-friendly hub offering integrated health and social services for youth aged 12–24 and their families. The project involves the renovation of an existing one-storey building at 5640 Cowrie Street / 5511 Wharf Avenue and will be delivered under a CCDC 5B – Construction Management contract.

The selected Construction Manager will provide:

Pre-construction services during schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Cost estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and value engineering
Construction management services through tendering, construction, and project close-out

Submission deadline: February 12, 2026

Anticipated contract award: March 23, 2026
