Our “My Tween + Me” workshop series is back!

We are excited to host another FREE 8-Week Program for Parents & Tweens.

Join us for a fun, supportive program designed to:
✅ Strengthen communication
✅ Build confidence
✅ Improve connection between parents and their pre-teens

Each week includes guided activities, meaningful conversations, and time to learn and grow together.

Get ready to build tools for healthy communication, promote strong self-esteem, and navigate through the tween years.
