This FREE 6 Week Program provides a safe, non-judgmental space for new and expecting parents to connect with others navigating the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
 

Topics include:
✨ Emotional support during new parenthood
✨ Postpartum depression & anxiety
✨ Rediscovering self-care and identity
✨ Building connection with baby
✨ Relationship and family changes
✨ Perinatal loss support

Registration required (closes after week 3)

Babies 0 to 1 are welcome!
