Program Lead 1 - Yew and Thyme Transition Houses

Part-time

The Program Lead 1 works in collaboration with the Program Lead 2 to oversee the day-to-day operations (2 weekdays and Saturday-Sunday) of Yew Transition House and Thyme Second Stage Programs and creates an environment where women and children participants are supported and have access to programming to support their goals.

What does it take to be the Program Lead 1 - Yew and Thyme Transition Houses?
You have a post-secondary degree in counselling or social work, plus two years of related experience or the equivalent in education and experience, along with one year of management or supervisory experience. You have a solid understanding of the systemic issues that need to be addressed in order to decrease violence against women and children.
