Operations Director
2 Year Term - Possibility to Become Permanent
The Operations Director develops, reviews, and maintains policies, procedures, and/or processes related to agency operations, ensuring agency risks are mitigated or managed and that services are delivered at or above the standards expected of non-profit, social services. They ensure operations are efficient, effective, and responsive in order to uphold and further the mission, vision, and values of Sunshine Coast Community Services. The Operations Director reports to the Executive Director.
This is a two-year term position with the possibility of permanent extension.
What does it take to be the Operations Director?
You have 5-10 years of recent experience in progressively more complex and senior management leadership roles in a multi-site, multi-service, not-for-profit organization. You take a diplomatic and collaborative approach to compliance, change, conflict resolution, and problem-solving, and demonstrate strong leadership and communications skills with a wide range of individuals. You have excellent knowledge of risk management processes and applications, continuous quality improvement processes, and business continuation planning, as well as proven success in Project Management.
