Maintenance Worker

Regular Part-Time

The Maintenance Worker supports the operation of the worksite by performing both indoor custodial duties and external upkeep. This includes care of residential, common, and office spaces, and care of the surrounding grounds. The Maintenance Worker reports to the Facilities Manager.

What does it take to be the Maintenance Worker? You are adept at identifying and prioritizing maintenance and repair tasks, and you have the skills to complete those tasks.  You have experience working with a diverse population with a demonstrated ability to communicate with participants in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner while setting and maintaining boundaries.
