Program Lead, Better at Home
The Lead oversees administrative, supervisory, and day-to-day operations of the Better at Home program ensuring the program goals and contractual obligations are met. The Lead reports to the Manager, Community Action and Engagement.
What does it take to be the Program Lead, Better at Home? You have experience working with seniors and an understanding of issues facing the aging population, particularly in a rural setting. You can work effectively and in a non-judgemental manner with clients from different cultures, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds.
