This is an opportunity to share our local food resources to build greater capacity for serving the participants of the Food Bank with nutritious food. We plan to blanch vegetables as supply permits. Please pass this registration form to your circles of influence. We are looking to have 6 people per three hour session.
Sessions to take place at The Roberts Creek Masonic Hall Commercial Kitchen.
Making a difference is the motto of the International Rotary President and he has charged every club to determine ways o fmeeting that objective. The Rotary Club of Sechelt has been involved in the local Food Security converstation for a number of years. With a goal to assist local food capacity building, the club will enegage with Sunshine Coast Community Services Society to create frozen vegetables for distribution to its participants over the winter months.
